About

Private door-to-door transfer between Tel Aviv and Eilat across the Negev, about five hours at a fixed price per vehicle.

Eilat is 345 km from Tel Aviv, and the drive south is the long way round the country: past Be'er Sheva, into the Negev, through the Ramon crater country and down the Arava to the Red Sea. This private transfer covers it in about five hours with a stop, in a car reserved for your group, at a price fixed per vehicle rather than per seat. It is the alternative to a domestic flight when the schedule does not cooperate, and the only sensible option for divers, cyclists and anyone travelling with gear an airline would rather not carry.

Highlights

  • Reach Eilat from Tel Aviv in about five hours without a domestic flight
  • Cross the Negev past Be'er Sheva and the Ramon crater
  • Carry diving gear, bikes or oversized luggage the airline would refuse
  • Get picked up at your Tel Aviv hotel rather than an airport
  • Pay one fixed price per vehicle for the whole group
  • Book the return leg north with a pick-up time of your choosing

Good to know

Five hours means at least one proper stop, and Mitzpe Ramon with its crater viewpoint is the natural place. Carry water and sun protection: the Negev is dry all year and hot from May to October, and the Arava regularly passes 40 degrees in summer. Night drives take longer on unlit roads. The Tel Aviv to Eilat direction costs slightly more than the return.
