About

Private door-to-door transfer between Jerusalem and Eilat, about four hours down the Negev and the Arava at a fixed price per vehicle.

From Jerusalem to Eilat the road drops from the Judean hills to the Red Sea in about four hours and 310 km, passing the Dead Sea turnoff, Dimona and the Arava valley. This private transfer does it without a change, without a timetable, and with a car reserved for your group. The alternative is a flight from Ben Gurion, which means crossing back to the coast first, or a bus that takes most of a day. Pickup at your Jerusalem hotel, drop-off at your Eilat hotel, price fixed per vehicle before you travel.

Highlights

  • Travel from Jerusalem to Eilat in about four hours without a flight
  • Descend past the Dead Sea turnoff into the Negev and the Arava
  • Keep the luggage in the car instead of at a bus station
  • Travel in a private air-conditioned vehicle for your group
  • Pay a fixed price per vehicle rather than per seat
  • Book the return north with a pick-up time that suits your day

Good to know

The drive is long and dry: plan a stop at the Dead Sea junction or Dimona, and keep water in the car. In summer the Arava is punishing in the middle of the day, so an early departure is easier. If you are continuing to a dive course or a border crossing at Arava, tell the driver at booking so the timing works.
